Boston, June 12, 2026 – Wolf & Co., a U.S. certified public accounting firm, today announced the establishment of its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice and appointed Phillip Whitaker as Principal. The practice will focus on providing professional support in mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions, and other areas for middle-market companies, private equity sponsors, and investors.
Phillip Whitaker has over 13 years of experience in transaction advisory services, having previously worked at RSM. During his tenure at RSM, he gained extensive experience in financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration. After joining Wolf & Co., he will lead the new team to provide clients with advisory services throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
